About
How to order custom packaging
Five steps, and the first one needs less than most buyers expect: the product, the quantity and the date. Everything else can be decided with us.
What to send first
- Product dimensions and packed weight
- Order quantity per size
- Target delivery date
- Artwork file (AI, PDF or EPS) or a reference sample
- Destination port, warehouse or address
Send these five and the first reply can carry a real proposal. Send only a box size and the answer has to be a range.

The five steps
Each step names what we need from you, so nothing stalls waiting on an answer.
- 01
Send the brief
Day 0Product dimensions, packed weight, quantity per size and the date you need it. A photo of the product and the artwork file if you have one. Without the size and weight the structure cannot be chosen — everything else can follow later.
- Product size and weight
- Quantity per size
- Target date
- Artwork, or a reference pack
- 02
Structure and quote
1–2 daysTwo or three structures come back with the trade-offs stated: cost, protection, freight volume, how the product is presented. The quote is itemised per component, not a single delivered number with costs hidden inside it.
- Choice of structure
- Confirmation of print method
- 03
Dieline and sample
3–7 days / 7–10 daysA dieline is drawn to your product and sent for artwork placement. Once the artwork is placed, a physical sample is made — digital print to check design, or on the production line to check board and assembly.
- Approved artwork
- Sample approval in writing
- 04
Bulk production
15–22 working daysThe run starts after the sample is signed. A first-off sheet is approved before the line continues, then board, print, finishing and assembly follow in sequence on the same site.
- Signed sample sheet
- Delivery address and incoterm
- 05
Packing and shipping
3–7 / 7–10 daysDigital samples take 3–7 days; production-line samples take 7–10 days. Cartons are counted, marked against the packing list and photographed before closing. Documents are issued with the goods and tracking is shared on despatch.
- Warehouse booking rules, if any
Before you write
What is the minimum order?
500 pcs per size. The minimum applies per size and per structure, so two sizes in the same box are two minimums. Below 500 pcs the setup — dieline, cutting forme, print make-ready — is spread over too few units to be economic.
Do I need finished artwork to get a quote?
No. A quote needs the product size, packed weight, quantity and structure preference. Artwork only becomes necessary at the dieline stage, and it can be placed on our template.
What if I do not know which structure I need?
Send the product. The first reply proposes two or three structures with the trade-offs — cost, protection, the opening sequence — rather than asking you to choose from a catalogue.
How are payment terms set?
Terms are stated in the quotation and confirmed on the proforma invoice before production. Nothing is charged from this website, and no payment details are collected here.
Can I reorder without sampling again?
Yes, if nothing changes. The dieline, cutting forme and approved sample sheet are kept, so a repeat order goes straight to production. Any change to board, size or finish starts the sample step again.
